1. Scope and Provider
These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts concluded between
Starshield IKE and its customers via the platforms of Starshield IKE or through individual agreements.
This offer is exclusively intended for entrepreneurs as defined by Art. 1 of Greek Law 2251/1994 (Consumer Protection Act), i.e., natural or legal persons acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity at the time of contract conclusion.
2. Contract Conclusion and Usage
The contract is concluded when the customer orders a paid product or subscription and we accept this order either by confirmation or execution. Acceptance may also occur via an automatic payment transaction through Stripe or Viva Wallet.
By placing an order, the customer confirms:
they have read and accepted the T&C,
they are authorized to act on behalf of their company,
the services will be used exclusively for business purposes.
The customer must keep all access data confidential and ensure that only authorized persons can access the accounts and information. The customer is liable for all activities conducted through their account.
3. Services
3.1 StarShield NOW
With StarShield NOW, we offer the review and attempted deletion of online reviews for a one-time fee. Processing begins within 48 working hours after payment receipt. We inform the customer of the first results within 7 working days.
We do not guarantee deletion, as the decision lies with the respective platform. No refunds are granted even if deletion fails, as each case involves effort for review and submission. Typically, we achieve a deletion rate of over 90% within a week.
Note: Reviews already commented on by the profile owner are much more difficult to remove. The success rate drops to approximately 40% in these cases. We strongly advise customers to delete their own comments before commissioning us.
In partial success cases, we may offer goodwill vouchers for future deletion attempts.
3.2 StarShield CARE
StarShield CARE is a subscription service with ongoing profile monitoring and automated handling of problematic reviews. The following packages are available:
Basic: Monthly check for new 1-star reviews, attempt to delete up to 5 reviews/month
Premium: Weekly check for 1- and 2-star reviews, attempt to delete up to 25 reviews/month
Exclusive: Daily checks (business days) for 1-, 2-, and 3-star reviews, unlimited deletion attempts, personal contact
Fair Use Note: The Exclusive package does not have a fixed limit but assumes normal use. If more than 100 deletions are regularly required per month, we reserve the right to terminate the contract for cause or offer a revised proposal.
Success depends on each platformβs policies. No deletion success is guaranteed, but the success rate is very high (>90%).
Again, reviews with existing owner responses are harder to delete. We recommend not replying if the review is to be removed via CARE.
Duration: CARE subscriptions generally run for 12 months and automatically renew unless terminated 4 weeks before the end of the term. Each CARE package is valid for one single review profile β splitting requests across multiple profiles is not allowed.
3.3 StarShield GROW
StarShield GROW is a software solution under development for the analysis, maintenance, and improvement of review profiles. It is not yet available, and therefore no service claim can be made at this time.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are net plus applicable taxes (especially under EU reverse charge). Payment is usually made via Stripe or Viva Wallet. Invoices are automatically generated and sent electronically. Prepayment may be required in specific cases.
Discounts and tiered pricing (e.g., for franchises) may be offered individually. Refunds are generally excluded.
5. Customer Obligations
To ensure successful processing, the customer must remove any public responses to reviews beforehand. Failure to do so may significantly lower the deletion success rate.
The customer must provide all required information and access credentials in full and correctly. Delays or omissions may lead to increased effort and time, and additional charges may apply.
6. Technical Requirements
The customer is responsible for meeting the technical requirements for using our platform/software (e.g., internet access, current browsers, security settings). We are not liable for disruptions caused by such issues.
7. Acceptable Use
Our services must only be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. It is strictly prohibited to misuse our systems, harm third parties, or resell our services without authorization.
Violations may lead to immediate termination of the contract.
8. Third Parties & Platform Dependence
We are not responsible for the policies or decisions of third-party platforms such as Google or Trustpilot, nor for issues with payment providers like Stripe or Viva Wallet.
The final decision on deletion always lies with the platform itself.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, processes, strategies, texts, and software elements provided by us are the intellectual property of Starshield IKE. The customer is granted a simple right of use limited to the contractual relationship. Any redistribution, duplication, or external use is prohibited.
10. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and to foreseeable, typical damages. Further liability is excluded.
11. No Guarantee of Success, Goodwill Policy
We do not guarantee success in deleting reviews. Platform decisions are outside our control. However, we achieve high success rates, especially when reviews have not been commented on publicly by the owner.
No refund claims are valid in case of failed deletion. For deletions below 100% success (despite client cooperation), we may issue vouchers at our discretion. No legal entitlement exists.
12. Chargebacks
In the event of unauthorized chargebacks (e.g., via Stripe), the claim remains valid. We may charge a β¬60 processing fee to cover bank, provider, and administrative costs. Services may be suspended until all dues are paid.
13. Contract Duration and Termination
Contract duration depends on the booked service. For CARE subscriptions (unless otherwise agreed):
12-month minimum term
Automatic renewal for another 12 months unless canceled at least 4 weeks in advance
Extraordinary termination for good cause remains available to both parties.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Greek law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The place of jurisdiction is Thessaloniki, Greece, if the customer is a business entity or a public-law corporation.
16. Severability Clause
If any provision of these T&C is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that comes closest to its economic purpose.
17. Changes to These T&C
We reserve the right to amend these T&C at any time. Changes will be communicated to the customer at least 14 days before they take effect. If no objection is raised within this period, the new T&C will be deemed accepted.
