General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between StarShield IKE, Faethonos 20 , 55132 Kalamaria/Thessaloniki/Greece (hereinafter “StarShield24”), and its customers, concluded through the website www.starshield24.com or other communication channels. Deviating terms of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Services Provided by StarShield24
(1) StarShield24 offers services aimed at improving the customer's online reputation, including the analysis, consultation, and strategic action to request the removal or neutralization of negative reviews on online platforms such as Google, Trustpilot, Jameda, etc.
(2) Services are carried out based on individual agreements. StarShield24 cannot guarantee the success of specific actions, particularly the actual deletion of any review, as this is ultimately at the discretion of the respective platform.
(3) Additional services may include reputation-building strategies, review generation plans, social listening, and digital brand support.

3. Conclusion of Contract
(1) A contract is concluded when the customer accepts a written offer from StarShield24 or confirms an assignment in writing (including via email or secure digital signature).
(2) Offers made on the website or through other channels are non-binding and subject to confirmation.

4. Obligations of the Customer
(1) The customer is required to provide all necessary and truthful information to allow StarShield24 to perform its services effectively.
(2) The customer must not request any action that is unlawful or unethical. In particular, false representations or manipulations to achieve the removal of legitimate reviews are strictly prohibited.

5. Fees and Payment Terms
(1) The fees for services are based on individually agreed-upon pricing or the price listed at the time of booking.
(2) Unless otherwise specified, payment is due immediately upon invoice issuance, without deduction.
(3) If success-based fees apply, these terms will be explicitly outlined in the agreement.

6. Liability
(1) StarShield24 is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. For cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), and even then, only to foreseeable and typical damages.
(2) StarShield24 does not accept liability for the final decisions made by third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Trustpilot), as they are beyond its control.

7. Data Protection
StarShield24 complies with applicable data protection laws, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as implemented in Greece under Law 4624/2019. Further details are available in the privacy policy at [www.starshield24.com/privacy].

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
(1) These GTC and all contractual relationships between the customer and StarShield24 are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece).
(2) Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
(3) If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
